At Blackheath Rhinos, we want everything to be clear, fair and easy to find. This page brings together the key policies, terms and guidance that apply to players, parents, carers, volunteers and anyone involved with the club.
These policies help us protect children, set clear expectations, explain how the club operates and make sure everyone understands the standards we work to. Please take the time to read the relevant documents before joining or attending club activity.

Guidance on photography, video, social media use and behaviour online in connection with the club.
By registering with or attending Blackheath Rhinos, you agree to follow the relevant club policies, codes and terms that apply to your participation. Parents and carers should make sure they have read the club’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Welfare and Safeguarding information, and the relevant Codes of Conduct before completing registration.
